Stretch film machine has automatic flexible roll changing functions which is automatic cutting and roll changing, fully automatic paper cores loading and unloading system.The whole producttion line is controlled by PLC, which is safe and reliable under correct operation.Stretch film machine group is a cast stretch film production machine line with high plasticization, easy operation, long life, energy saving features and it is modified and designed based on the years’ experience on the cast equipment manufacturing and the production experience from the customers, combined with the advanced technology from oversea. The machine group is mainly for the production of LLDPE film, LDPE film, PE film, CPE film and CEVA film etc; it adopts advanced intelligent industrial controlling system, with loading system which ensures the easy and safe operation, a tighter and more even roll winding. All the designs ensure the film quality, enhance the production efficiency, lower down production cost and create more value. The installation of swing system on the subsidiary machine can enhance the evenness and appearance of the film rolls which make the products more competitive.

TWO ROLL CASTING STATION

The machine incorporates a two roll casting station with two chill roll diameter of 600 or 480mm. Customers can select between edge trim re-feeding via a scraptruder for fluff, or a re-pelletizing system.

WINDING OF HAND, MACHINE AND JUMBO ROLLS

With a single turret version of the full automatic changing winder, the stretch film line guarantees top quality winding of hand rolls on 2-inch cores, as well as machine and jumbo rolls on 3-inch cores.

EDGE TRIM RE-FEEDING SYSTEM

Vertical scraptruder (fluff re-feeding system).Alternative: recycling unit with reel feeder for the pelletizing of edge trim and start-up rolls

WINDER

Depending on the customer’s requirements, the winders can make for automatic core changing or manual core changing.
